This wine offers a beautiful expression of both variety and terroir, showcasing the depth and complexity that the Willow Creek District is known for. We like to harvest both varieties on the same day and co-ferment together. We do this because the Graciano brings a lively acidity and vibrant red fruit profile, with notes of fresh raspberry, tart cherry, and a subtle herbal spice while the Mourvèdre adds a rich depth, with darker fruit aromas like blackberry and plum, accompanied by earthy undertones and a touch of peppery spice.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with silky tannins and a balanced acidity that provides excellent freshness. The blend’s savory elements are complemented by hints of dried herbs, tobacco, and a touch of leather, adding layers of intrigue to each sip.
